Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 02.06.2025 (Annexure P/4) ventilating her grievance before the Circle Officer, Marhowrah, Saran (Respondent No. 5) herein. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 5 herein to consider the said representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders duly taking into account the orders dated 27.05.2025 passed by the Deputy Collector Land and Revenue

Patna High Court CWJC No.16805 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 (DCLR), Marhowrah, Saran. The authority before passing any order shall put the petitioner as well as any other interested party on notice and pass a reasoned order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
