2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of an order dated 01.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 11839 of 2023 by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph 3 to 5, the MJC No. 3521 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee which in turn will go to Supreme Court Vidhik Anuvaad Software (SUVAS) Cell.

4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 11839 of 2023 is restored to its original file.
