The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 registered under Sections 384, 385, 386, 395, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42494 of 2017 (3) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
