2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 11738 of 2023 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 01.04.2024.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3 to 5 of the petition, MJC No. 3522 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

4. Accordingly, CWJC No. 11738 of 2023 is restored to its original file.
