(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the selection of respondent no. 8 who has been selected on the post of Anganwadi Sewika of Ward No. 11, Centre no.119 in Manjhaway Ravidas Tola within Panchayat-Tungi, BlockHasua, District-Nawada without

Patna High Court CWJC No.16546 of 2023(2) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 following the guideline prescribed for Anganwadi Sewika/Sahayika.

(ii) Further prays to cancel the appointment of respondent no. 8 to conduct a fresh Aam Sabha and giving opportunity to all to present in Aam Sabha and select the petitioner who is competent for the post of Anganwadi Sevika."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
