Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: " For directing the respondent-authorities to pay the salary to the petitioner which is due from December 2007 and January/February 2014 and March 2014 to May 2017 for which the petitioner filed the repeated representations but the same has not been paid uptill now".

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12438 of 2017 (4) dt.02-08-2018 petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai within a period of thirty days from the date of order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
