The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No.24 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that the informant was given a driving licence and on that strength he was plying the truck which met with an accident. All papers including the driving licencce was submitted and it was found that driving licence was forged. Allegation has been made that it is the petitioner who has provided the forged licence.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19063 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks, the court below will pass an order on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
