1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. For direction to respondent authority for Cancellation of Notice under Section 3 of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act dated 6/2/2021 issued under signature of Circle officer Tetiya Bamber (Munger) having Mauja Kardiha plot no 361 and 365 Thana no 219 Thana- Khragpur, Munger.

II. For direction to provide atmosphere of peace and tranquillity over land in question which is under possession of petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.16254 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file his objections, before the Circle Officer, Tetiya Bamber (Munger), in response to the notice dated 06.02.2021, issued under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Liberty so sought is granted.
