The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Imadpur P.S.Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegations made in the FIR, which would indicate that the informant, her sister and mother sustained injuries due to assault caused by the petitioner and other coaccused persons and at least two of the injuries were found on the occipital region of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
