The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. Case No. 601 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 353 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation that the petitioner along with 100 other persons entered into the court premises, raised slogans, assaulted advocates and created obstruction in discharge of official duty, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
