The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Darauli P.S.Case No. 55 of 2017 registered under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner that within five years of marriage he committed murder of his wife in her matrimonial home due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and the doctor, who conducted autopsy, opined that the death was caused due to strangulation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
