2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant had gone Imamganj Bank with her friend, Karina Kumari but she did not return till evening. During course of search, it came to know that petitioner has enticed away the daughter of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim is above 19 years old and in the medical examination there is no sign of sexual intercourse. She has not made any allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72474 of 2023(3) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 antecedent. He is in custody since 05.07.2023. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Imamganj P.S.
