In this case the petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in Town P.S. Case No.617 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 307420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 of I.P.C.

The District and Sessions Judge, Motihari, has lodged an F.I.R. before the S.H.O. ,Motihari, with respect to production of the fake appointment letter. It appears that the petitioner had gone there along with the fake appointment letter along with the educational certificate which were forged and fabricated. Indeed it is a serious matter. It appears that some gang has been formed and they are generating appointment letter and cheating persons. It will be desirable that the matter should be investigated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22616 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 by the Vigilance so that the real culprit can be unveiled. Let the District Judge, Champaran, refer this matter to the Vigilance so that the person who is behind the scene, can be traced out.

This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
