JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tisiauta P. S. Case No. 59 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of IPC. Petitioners happens to be the husband of the deceased. Case of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the deceased has committed suicide and he has falsely been implicated in this case and later on, informant realizing the same, file a compromise petition also.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, as there is allegation of demand and torture against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he may surrender before the learned court below and make prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64638 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 for regular bail, the same shall be considered on the basis of the above submission as well as materials available on the case diary.
