The petitioner wants the respondent no. 8, the Aganwari Sevika working in Aganwari Centre No. 45, Ward No. 7 under Sahebpur Kamal in the district of Begusarai to go on the ground that she is not the resident of Anganwari Centre. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be submitting appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.24871 of 2019(3) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 representation before the appropriate authority. It has been informed by learned State counsel that the District Programme officer Begusarai will be the appropriate authority where the petitioner can agitate the matter, if he has necessary documents, as the annexures in the writ petition do not have any supporting documents.

If the petitioner prefers a representation before the District Programme Officer Begusarai and/or the appropriate authority who has to look into the matter, the same shall be considered and appropriate order will be passed in accordance with law after putting the said Anganwari Sevika on notice. If it is found that the petition is frivolous, the respondent authority has liberty to impose cost on the petitioner.
