The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the Collector, Munger restraining him from collecting any toll from the shop keepers and visitors on the eve of Rishikund fair on the raiyati land of the petitioner.

From perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has not showed any paper that Rishikund fair is being held on his raiyati land. In absence of this fact, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
