The present petition has been preferred as following prayer:- (i) for issuance of direction to the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat Raj, Barwakala, Block Ghorasahan, District East Champaran, Motihari to not to divert money specially allotted to the Gram Panchayat Raj Barwakala and utilized the money and complete the project as has been discussed and decided by the Executive Committee of the Gram Panchayat Raj, Barwakala.

(ii) for further direction to the Block Development Officer, Ghorasahan to not to put undue pressure

Patna High Court CWJC No.19924 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 upon the Mukhiya of Barwakala Gram Panchayat Raj to divert the money by issuing oral order and in the garb of a proceeding pending before the Sub Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Sikrahna, District East Champaran, ie, Complaint Case No. 9999901180219558271 as there is no written direction by any authority to divert the fund from Barwakala Panchayat to any other place.

(iii) for any other relief for which the petitioner may be deemed entitled to.

For such kind of prayer, instead of moving before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari who can adjudicate it expeditiously, the petitioner has moved before this Court.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all her grievances before the District Administration.
