Learned counsel for the L.N. Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University') is present and has been heard.

2. Learned counsel for the University submitted that all admitted retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid and statement to this effect have been made to the counter affidavit as well as supplementary counter affidavit filed. No rejoinder to the same has been filed, despite copies being served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 09.03.2018 and 18.04.2018.

3. In view thereof, the Court can only presume that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to represent before the Registrar of the University, if he feels that any further amount is payable to him. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off within the next four weeks.
