The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No.375 of 2016 registered under Sections 384 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner along with Sanny Kumar came to the construction site of the informant. Sanny Kumar is armed with pistol and threatened the informant to give extortion of Rs.5 lacs for construction of the building. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sanny Kumar has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 14.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28811 of 2017 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8524 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 Considering the facts that co-accused against whom there is allegation of demand of extortion and he was armed with pistol has already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.
