Petitioner, apprehends his arrest registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 354(B), 335, 427, 379, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Informant has alleged that the FIR named accused variously armed with deadly weapons came and started abusing and assaulting him. There is specific allegation against Gopal Rai (petitioner) of firing upon the informant which hit his left thigh. There is case and counter case.

In facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of pre-arrest bail to him and accordingly his such prayer stands rejected.
