2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No. 01 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 279, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 33 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2023 and there is recovery of 250 litres of spirit from the vehicle.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail by submitting that 250 litres of spirit has been recovered which was making for illicit liquor.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No. 01 of 2021.

7. The petitioner will visit Minapur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
