2. The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the victim is none other but the uncle of the petitioner no. 01 who has been recovered from Gujarat while

5. The petitioner is in jail since 22.08.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 / G.R. Sl. No. 164 of 2024.
