2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 486 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, the named accused Jai kumar along with his family members have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. During the investigation, the name of the petitioners transpired that after kidnapping of the victim she was handed over to the petitioners who had taken her to Jaipur with bad intention.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted they have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. There is no material against the petitioners except the confessional statement of the accused persons. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 12.06.2023. He further submits that petitioner no. 2 is an old lady. The charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioners and there is no chance of absconding or tampering with the evidence.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the parties, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S.
