2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 406, 419, 420, & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (D) of the I.T. Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they cheated the informant in the name of sending him foreign for employment.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. They have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the

No.76847 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 present case has been instituted by the informant after six months of return from foreign on the basis of totally false, fabricated and concocted story. The petitioners are in cloth business and they are not involved in this crime. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation nothing has come on record against these petitioners. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner no.2 has no criminal antecedent, whereas petitioner no.1 has one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Gopalganj Cyber P.S. Case No. 55 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
