2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner is accused of kidnapping victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.07.2023. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C revealed that she was in relationship with the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023.
