Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of confession. The present first information report has been lodged after seven days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Except confession, there is no material against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64472 of 2019(3) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Motihari in connection with Pakaridaya P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019.
