The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Desri P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-II, Vaishali at Hajipur.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her mother-in-law, brother-in-law and Gotni of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of demand of dory within two years of marriage and to dispose of her dead body. At that time, husband of her daughter was living out side the house. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits

No.68156 of 2019(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased and they have falsely been implicated in the present case, in fact, due to diarrhea daughter of the informant died. Admittedly, daughter of the informant died within two years of her marriage at her matrimonial house. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
