Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No.120/19 , registered for offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is nonelse than the son-in-law of the informant and the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. does not disclose hands of the petitioner Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64751 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No.120/19 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
