2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has abducted the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during course of investigation, the victim has given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that she went with the petitioner to Silvasa, Gujarat on her own will. The date of birth of the petitioner according to matriculation mark-sheet is 08.05.2005. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2024

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeXVIII, Gaya.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
