The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tedha Gachh P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation made in the first information report that it was the petitioner who took the son of the informant out of his house whereafter his dead body was recovered and in course of investigation also, witnesses have suspected his hands in connection with crime, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18104 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 bail. The application is rejected.
