The petitioners were employees of erstwhile Bihar Intermediate Council that Council has merged with the Bihar School Examination Board. As per the claim of the petitioners, they have not been absorbed in the Bihar School Examination Board that generated the case by way of filing C.W.J.C. No.
5/5 21678 of 2013 (Awadh Narayan Yadav & Ors. The State of Bihar & Ors) unsuccessfully. It appears that the order passed in L.P.A. No.1560 of 2013, went to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court in stead of granting the substantive benefit has only given observation for consideration of their case by the authority concerned.
Let the competent authority consider the case of the present petitioners in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 34154 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
