Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 149, 153, 153A, 295, 295A, 298, 354A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced during the course of investigation.
The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as per statement in para-3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring para-9 and Annexure-3 submits that as per report of the Touring Veterinary Officer, Darbhanga that the skin suspected to be

Considering the totality of facts situation, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 subject to the condition that the bailors should be the family members of the petitioner and other condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
