JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-10-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Case No. C2-3/17, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 8/20 of NDPS Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 250 grams of ganja. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and it is alleged 250 grams of ganja has been recovered from the grocery shop run by the petitioner, however, nothing has been recovered and he has been made accused in this case due to ulterior motive.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and
