2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 341,504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Nandlal Paswan and Banwari Gope took out pistol from their waist and fired at the brother and mother of the informant, as a result of which, both of them sustained gunshot injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, a free-fight took place in which both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Piplama P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024.
