Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.298 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70431 of 2022(2) dt.31-01-2023 2/2 application. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides sustained grievous injuries.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
