2. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to make necessary correction in the first paragraph as well as prayer portion of the bail petition.

3. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 425 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with younger brother of petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72268 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/3 no. 2. After marriage, the accused persons started torturing the victim for non-fulfillment of dowry demand of Rs. 2 lacs. On 21.07.2022, the informant's son-in-law informed him telephonically that his daughter had died whereafter he along with his wife went to matrimonial house of his daughter and came to know that the accused persons including the petitioners, had killed his daughter for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation against them is general and omnibus. The reason for their false implication is that they are brother and sister-in-law of husband of the deceased. They live separately, having no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. He has submitted further that on the similar ground, father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 54329 of 2023.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 6th,
