The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is inaction on the part of the respondents in disposal of the representation of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation for correction of his date of birth but the respondent Bihar School Examination Board is sitting tight over the matter.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board to take appropriate decision with regard to
