Mr.Umesh Lal Verma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.K.Puri P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case is of theft of motorcycle of the informant and petitioner is not named in the FIR but later on in the confessional statement of co-accused his name transpired. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against him and there is no recovery from his possession and he is in custody since 28.2.2019.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72993 of 2019(3) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with S.K.Puri P.S. Case No. 336 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in the court as and when required, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
