Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.153 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471,120(B) of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the occurrence and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72530 of 2019 and order dated 20.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72997 of 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73233 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.153 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Ist, Saran, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
