JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No.121 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 332, 333, 353, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the first information report that the petitioners along with others attacked the Block Development Officer, Bochahan and one Laxman Sah as a result of which they sustained injuries and were taken to Sri Krishna Medical College Hospital, Muzaffarpur, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their application for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26171 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

However, in case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
