2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.08.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45781 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits vide order dated 24.08.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45781 of 2023, petitioner was granted bail, but inadvertently, father's name of petitioner was wrongly typed as "Yamuna Mahto", instead of "Kapildeo Sah" in the main petition so also in the cause title.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 24.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45781 of 2023 is modified to the extent that father's name of petitioner be read as "Kapildeo Sah" instead of "Yamuna Mahto" with a direction to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77806 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 to deposit Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in the account of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna, bearing Account No.1413010060836, IFSC Code: PUNB141320, Punjab National Bank, Bar Council Branch, Patna.
5. As the period to surrender before the learned court below has now been elapsed, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks, subject to deposit of Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Motihari Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 767 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special, Excise Court No. 1, East Champaran at Motihari.
