2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 105, 318(4), 316(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, on the persuasion of this petitioner, who was G.N.M., the daughter of informant was treated in a private hospital, but due to negligence and inappropriate treatment, the daughter of informant died.
