2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to mistake on the part of the advocate, who did not verify the records, in place of Kapildeo Shah the name of the father of the petitioner typed as Yamuna Mahto.

3. Considering the statement made in the modification application, as well as, affidavit and from the perusal of the records, the cause title of the bail order dated 11.08.2023 is modified to the extent that in place of Yamuna Mahto, the same

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76409 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 be substituted by Kapildeo Shah in the cause title of the order within a period of four weeks, from the date of passing of this order.

4. The order dated 11.08.2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. Other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
