2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioners in connection with Muffasil P.S. case No. 353 of 2018 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 121, 379, 414, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-A), 225(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 of the U.A.P. Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70596 of 2019.

4. In compliance of the order dated 07.11.2023, a status report has been received by which it appears that trial is expected to be concluded within a period of 6 months.

5. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioners. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

6. The application stands disposed off.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period as mentioned in the above report failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
