1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that petitioners came and assaulted him by an iron rod causing injury on head and snatched Rs.20,000/-, thereafter Md. Mokim along with other accused assaulted by iron rod causing stitched wound on both sides of his head, further about 8 months ago Arvind had committed theft in his house for which a

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that allegation of assault is also not specific and mother of the petitioners had instituted Rajnagar P.S. Case No.283/2025 against the informant and others. It is further submitted that a specific pleading at Para-7 has been made where it has been pleaded that informant and accused persons had invested money for purchasing machine for manufacturing denture in Faizabad but the business failed and a dispute arose for recovery of capital and the dispute escalated and travelled up to hometown where an altercation took place in between the parties, on account of which, both side assaulted each other. It is also submitted that petitioners are not criminals.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
