2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S.Case No. 140 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii) ( B), 23 (b) and 25 of the N.D.P.S Act.

3. As per the FIR, the petitioner had come to take delivery of 5.100 kgm Ganja and Rs. 50,000/- has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

No.74870 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, Motihari East Champaran, in Kundwa Chainpur P.S.Cae No. 140 of 2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Pakridayal Police Station on 4th Sunday of every month, failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
