The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 41 of 2017 arising out of Rahui P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 registered under Sections 409, 419, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 7 and 8 of the P.C. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Anjeet Kumar and Binod Kumar Sinha have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37071 of 2017 on 22.08.2017. Taking the same into consideration and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above
