====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 19.06.2019 at about 2.00 A.M., accused persons came at the house of the informant and assaulted withLathi and Pasuli with an intention to kill her causing head and left hand injury. The cause of occurrence is said to be due to land dispute. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.07.2019. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64212 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019.
