JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to construct the pathway from the house of the petitioner and other villagers to the main road, over the land appertaining to Thana No. 231, Khata No. 159, Survey Plot No. 504, situated in Village Mirpur, District Siwan, which is recorded in Sairat register as Sairat. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that appropriate representations were submitted before Respondent No.6, the Circle Officer, Andar on 24.01.2017, as contained in Annexure-1, and before respondent no.3, the District Magistrate, Siwan on 30.01.12014, as contained in Annexure-2. Consequently, notices were issued to the petitioner and others and date of hearing was fixed, but till date no action has been taken for construction of the pathway. In view of this Court, the relief prayed for in this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.13109 of 2017(2) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 application for direction to construct road relates to policy decision of the State Government or the Administration. Let Respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Siwan look into the matter and dispose of the representation of the petitioner pending before him, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
