====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-09-2021 Heard Ms. Bela Singh, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, Md. Aslam Ansari, the learned Advocate for the opposite party no.2 and Ms. Pushpa Sinha, the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lalganj P. S. Case No.387 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 498-A, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the dispute between the spouses have already been settled and the petitioner as well as the opposite party no.2 are happy with the settlement.

No.64149 of 2019(4) dt.06-09-2021 2/2 Considering the afore-noted aspect of the matter, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P. S. Case No.387 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
